We ship by the cheapest carrier, USPS, FedEx, or UPS (If FedEx or UPS have cheaper rates, we will automatically ship using that carrier.  You may request we only ship by USPS by adding a note in the order.)  We offer discounted product and shipping rates when buying multiple packs!

All bulbs come with a 3-year manufacturer warranty.  If any bulbs are received broken, simply send us a picture of the broken bulb(s) and we will issue a pro-rated refund (Ex: if you purchase 10 bulbs for $20 after shipping, and 1 is broken, we will issued a $2 refund.)  We issue a pro-rated refund instead of replacing the bulb(s) due to our profit margins being very low and replacement shipping costs being too high to send replacements.
